We are a premium recruitment and staffing agency with 4 brands that carefully select companies to partner with. Our community of talented professionals across several growing industries has a strong track record when it comes to scaling. Sales at TSP means going after the rough diamonds that will become the unicorns of the next 5-10 years. We take pride in helping those companies scale up by finding the right talent at the right time. Understanding their challenges and telling the story of how we solve this defines the success.

Your responsibilities:

  • Closing deals and ensuring a soft landing for new customers in cooperation with Account- and Community management
  • Channel feedback from the market to make sure we keep adapting to what’s needed 
  • Innovate how we sell and to whom

Who you are:

  • Energy & creativity, you always find a way how to get things done;
  • Positive and can do mindset, focus on solutions and challenge our and customers’ thinking ;
  • Ownership, focus on what you can control yourself and take action;
  • Ambition, working backwards from ambitious goals what it would take;
  • Automonomy, you need minimum supervision and enjoy working together ;
  • Experience in recruiting or staffing is helpful but not a must, we welcome new perspectives;
  • You have a relevant network that you can bring along;
